Hamilton Smash volleyball club is based in Hamilton, Ontario. We offer volleyball programs for girls and boys. Our club participate in the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) , CVA and AAU-USA tournaments.

Mountain Volleyball Club (MVC)is an elite volleyball club based in Hamilton that provides female athletes the opportunity to train and compete in a high performance volleyball environment. The club’s goal is to challenge for provincial and national championships while developing athletes to perform at the regional, national and international levels. Athletes train from September to May, practicing two to three times per week and participate in fundraising and promotional events with the club.
