Spiking Sharks Volleyball Club’s mission is to promote volleyball and recreational activities as healthy leisure alternatives for our youth, while also exposing them to a variety of different opportunities to develop their personal skills and life experience through physical fitness and educational activity.
The London Volleyball Club is dedicated to providing an experience that will give young athletes skills in the sport of volleyball as well as in life. Whether it is in our Timbits Program or with one of LVC’s Competitive Teams, our coaches will make learning the game of volleyball exciting, while at the same time creating a competitive environment for those athletes who wish to excel at the sport’s highest levels.

Mountain Volleyball Club (MVC)is an elite volleyball club based in Hamilton that provides female athletes the opportunity to train and compete in a high performance volleyball environment. The club’s goal is to challenge for provincial and national championships while developing athletes to perform at the regional, national and international levels. Athletes train from September to May, practicing two to three times per week and participate in fundraising and promotional events with the club.

The Pakmen Volleyball Club, established in 2002, is a youth volleyball club. We are the only volleyball club in the GTA accredited with the Ontario Volleyball Association and Volleyball Canada.

The Selects Volleyball Club was formed in 1985 under the leadership of Richard McArthur and Christine Craig. In our first year of operation we were known as the Sheridan V.B.C. We had only twelve players attend tryouts for one juvenile team. At the Provincials in North Bay we placed a very humble seventh.
